Tobias Trütsch serves as the Managing Director of the Center for Financial Services Innovation at the University of St.Gallen. He is also a co-founder of the Swiss Payment Monitor and Swiss Payment Behaviour Lab. His research primarily focuses on payment economics, consumer payment behaviour, payment innovation, and cash demand.

Martin Brown serves as the Director of the Study Center Gerzensee. He is adjunct Professor of Financial Economics at the University of St.Gallen and co-founder of the project Monitoring Consumption Switzerland. His research focuses on money and banking, household finance, and payment behaviour.
